War with Iran: The Outcome is Predictable—but It Remains to be Seen just How Deep the Blood Will be Through Which the World Will Be Wading.

The consequences of the war with Iran will break Western hegemony and place significant resources and power into the hands of the Global South much more quickly than would have been the case under peaceful scenarios. Trump is merely deciding how deeply the world will be drenched in blood along the way.

Introduction

It is truly staggering to realize that the Western media still have not recognized that this war against Iran—which Israel and the United States are waging in a manner that defies every legal and moral standard—is already lost, and that the consequences are already written in bold letters on the wall: Western hegemony is a thing of the past; the fate of the EU and NATO hangs by a thread; West Asia will have new masters; and Iran, as one of the oldest civilizations on Earth, will once again assume its rightful role in the future.

In this article, I will first examine the final outcome, which is already foreseeable, since the balance of power and the parties’ sustainability are obvious, and the fanatical aggressors’ capacity for escalation is far more limited than it appears at first glance. The war may come to an end in various ways, but the result will be the same in any scenario. The question is “only” how deep President Trump is willing to wade through blood. The death toll is directly proportional to the duration of the conflict.

So I’ll start with the end of the story, since the ending is easier to outline than the path leading up to it.

The Global South is Taking Over West Asia

A year ago, I wrote the series “The War Between Two Worlds Has Begun.” In it, I reflected on how the handover from the Collective West to the Global South might unfold. I predicted that the two worlds would fight each other in proxy wars during this process and that this process would last for decades and be bloody. What I did not foresee was that the United States would invade Iran not once, but twice during diplomatic negotiations—in violation of American and international law. The fact that the Americans risked doing this a second time a month ago, after the summer of 2025, following their first unsuccessful attempt, points to a degree of hubris and stupidity that I, as an analyst a year ago, did not dare to assume. I must admit that until the outbreak of war on February 28, I could not have imagined that the Americans would act so recklessly—my friend and author Scott Ritter and many others have assessed the extent of their own government’s arrogance and stupidity better than I have. Scott Ritter last commented on this issue here on February 20 in “War Against Iran.”

Capacity for Suffering

In the current conflict, one thing is clear: the Iranians possess passive and active strengths that are far more formidable than those of the Americans and Israelis. On the passive side lies the capacity to endure suffering. Speaking for many Iranians and their leadership, I cite Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi—“We Don’t Fear Death”. The same cannot be said of us Westerners. For Westerners, death is the worst-case scenario, the worst possible outcome in life. In the event of war, a willingness to face death is an advantage that can be decisive.

This attitude is also reflected in the behavior of the Iranian people. Take, for example, a rally in Iran that came under attack—the people responded with utter disregard for their own lives.

Religiously fanatical Israelis, who see themselves as a master race and have grown accustomed to shooting defenseless civilians, really have nothing to counter this attitude. People live in panic and feel like victims, and...

Another passive factor is the country’s size. Iran is 67 times larger than Israel, which means that any attack is spread over an area 67 times larger than that of Israel. This vast landmass (1.5 million km²) is therefore much better able to absorb and withstand the destruction.

Offensive Capability

On the active side, the situation is even more pronounced. Like a used-car salesman, Trump has been shouting since day one that Iran has been completely destroyed—every day, “We have obliterated them.” A lie every single time. On the evening of April 3, Trump threatened to bomb Iran back to the Stone Age, “where they belong.” The reality is different. Of the 92 million Iranians, approximately 2,000 died, which is a human tragedy, but mathematically amounts to a drop in the bucket. Attacks on military infrastructure were unsuccessful. Otherwise, the Iranian attacks would have stopped or decreased. The sheer numbers of missiles and drones that the Iranians initially deployed—old equipment intended to overwhelm Israeli and American defenses—have been replaced by much larger and more modern missiles, which are fewer in number but far more devastating in their destructive power.

Reaction from the Iranian Press Agency to Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth's threat regarding the Stone Age:

The attacks on Iran’s civilian infrastructure are severe and devastating. However, due to the country’s size, infrastructure facilities (such as power plants and desalination plants) are spread across many sites and regions, which means Iran is better able to withstand these strikes.

Israel, on the other hand, has only a few facilities and few ports—Haifa has been destroyed. Ben-Gurion Airport has been destroyed and is out of service.

Flight Radar no longer shows any civilian flights over Israel. The “patriotic” Israelis are now fleeing on foot and by ship; they settled in the Holy Land to steal land and live the good life. Certainly not to risk their lives—another weakness: Wealthy Israelis have no patriotism and are taking to their heels. Now Cyprus, for example, is being flooded with Israelis—who are thrilled to be overrun by the master race.

The humorists are already poking fun at the new settlers in Cyprus.

Humor of this kind is actually punishable by law in Germany.

Destruction in Israel

Here are a few clips from Israel from Wednesday night into Thursday, with the usual caveat that they may not be genuine—though they certainly look real.

For the reasons mentioned above, I believe that Israel is far more likely to collapse than Iran.

Ability for Escalation

Many people are rightly afraid that, facing imminent defeat, the Israelis will decide to use their nuclear weapons against Iran. That is entirely possible; the Israelis are capable of anything. One might then ask what the consequences will be. Chinese government spokesperson Victor Gao has raised this question several times in recent days:

The Americans—so I believe and hope—will not take this step, barring a false flag attack staged to justify this atrocity.

The Americans and the Israelis—we’ll discuss a ground invasion further down—have practically no options left for escalation: The Americans have only one aircraft carrier left in the combat zone, and it is under constant attack. Through their tactics, the Iranians have forced the aircraft carriers to maintain a safety distance of approximately 1,000 km, which dramatically reduces their effectiveness. Most—or all?—US bases in the Gulf have been destroyed and are unusable for air traffic. Spain, France, and the United Kingdom have banned or restricted the US’s use of their bases in Europe, and yesterday Austria also revoked the US’s overflight rights; the Americans have fired so much ammunition that they will soon run out, and losses of fighter jets (F-16s, F-18s, and F-35s(!))—and since Saturday, A-10s and helicopters as well—are steadily increasing; moreover, more and more tanker and AWACS aircraft are being destroyed by Iran. None of this provides a basis for sustained escalation.

The Iranians, however, are certainly capable of it. Their attacks are extremely precise, and due to the superiority of the missiles used and the virtually paralyzed air defenses of Israel and the Gulf states, the destruction appears to be increasing.

Israeli Invasion of Lebanon

Apart from death and destruction, the Israeli invasion of Lebanon has achieved nothing—Israeli troops are completely outmatched by Hezbollah and are being veritably decimated by them. There are reports of the Israelis losing up to 20 tanks a day—a complete defeat for the Israelis, just as in 2006.

Growing Anti-Israelism and, Unfortunately, Also Anti-Semitism

Introductory Remarks

We have discussed the terminology in detail in “Anti-Zionism Is Not Anti-Semitism.” I recommend that any reader who has not yet read this article take the time to familiarize themselves with it before continuing to read and becoming outraged.

Israel has truly earned the wrath of millions of people. I will now post a few clips that show how the majority of the Israeli population thinks and what they do to people.

This is How the Settlers Think

Death Penalty Introduced for Palestinians, Not for Jews

With tears of joy, Israeli Knesset member Limor Son Har Melech announces the introduction of the death penalty for Palestinian prisoners.

The same fanatic proudly introduces her approximately four-year-old daughter. The following revealing conversation takes place between mother and daughter:

The law stipulates that there are no legal remedies and no minimum age limit: in doing so, Israel has legalized and codified the genocide of the Palestinians. On this subject, Ofer Cassif, an Israeli parliamentarian and member of the Communist Party.

“It's so symbolic that on the 50th anniversary of the land day, the day that symbolizes the looting, the theft, the confiscation of Palestinian land, by the state of Israel, the Knesset, the Israeli parliament has enacted a death penalty for Palestinian terrorists, as it were.

Actually, that means something else.

The law doesn't appeal to Jews, because those who propose the law, believe, and say that explicitly, that there's no such a thing like Jewish terrorism, and by definition, accordingly, there's no such a thing like Jewish terrorists.

That means the Jews, a priori, are excluded from the application of this law.

On the other hand, they say, again, explicitly, that all Palestinians are terrorists, if not at present, in potential.

The chair of the interior committee, other classes, said, explicitly, and literally, a couple of days ago, that the aren’t, any innocent [Palestinian] people, no innocent [Palestinian] children.

That means, again, that all Palestinians are terrorists.

And if this law says that terrorists should be executed, and all Palestinians are regarded by them as terrorists.

That means in other words, logically speaking, that all Palestinians should be executed.
We have to say something very clear.
That's not a death penalty, no.
That's a genocide law.
All those who support it, let alone propose this bill, should be tried by The Hague.”

Where is the outcry from Germany, the self-proclaimed champion of morality, or from “neutral” Switzerland?

Violence Against Children in Gaza

Israeli Women

These are just a few clips I’ve compiled that reflect the views of the majority of the Israeli population. According to Israeli journalist Gideon Levy, 93 percent (!) of Jewish Israelis support this policy of the Israeli state.

The consequence is anti-Israelism. This is something a people must endure when the majority supports a genocide that in no way differs from the Nazis’ treatment of the Jews.

However, this behavior also fuels anti-Semitism, which in today’s usage means hatred of all Jews. As we explained in our article “Anti-Zionism Is Not Anti-Semitism,” this is precisely the goal of the Zionists who advocate for—indeed, cause—this genocide. The Zionists, who attempt to merge Zionism and Judaism, need and promote anti-Semitism in order to use it as a shield and to portray themselves as victims.

Former Israeli Member of Knesset Moshe Feiglin on Israel’s most-watched news program:

"As Hitler said, 'I cannot live if one Jew is left,' we can't live here if one [Palestinian] remains in Gaza.”

The Western Media Promotes Genocide, War, and Thus Anti-Semitism—Including "Die Weltwoche"

Although more and more people in the West are speaking out against the genocide of Palestinians, most Western politicians stand firmly behind this genocide and behind Israel. The media, acting in lockstep, do the same—even in Switzerland.

The talented Mr. Köppel, owner, publisher, and editor-in-chief of the Swiss Weltwoche, relishes the role of often holding a different opinion than the mainstream—that is his business model. Nevertheless, Köppel firmly follows the Zionist line along with many other Swiss media outlets—there is no trace of a critical, distanced, or even differing opinion.

I was sent a link to his April 1st broadcast, in which he fully aligns himself with Israel and refers to the Iranian government as a “mullah regime”—a term that is disrespectful and demeaning, insinuating that members of the Iranian government are religious, ignorant fanatics. Köppel has obviously never been to Iran; otherwise, he would not hold such a primitive view. As a representative of Iran’s leadership, all of whom are highly educated—see our comments on the foreign minister here—the spokesperson for the Iranian Armed Forces, Ibrahim Dhoul-Faqari, should be mentioned here. He holds the following degrees: a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, a master’s degree in mathematics, and a PhD in Western philosophy; he speaks fluent Persian, English, Arabic, and Hebrew. It is unprofessional to refer to such people as “mullahs.”

Köppel enjoys socializing with Netanyahu’s son, for example, and raves about what wonderful people he and his entourage are. Netanyahu’s son isn’t fighting for his country; instead, he’s hanging out in Miami.

The editor-in-chief of “Die Weltwoche” thus admires people who behave like Hitler and Himmler. Whether Mr. Köppel deserves to be heard is for the audience and readers to decide.

In the following quote, taken from the program linked above and aired on April 1, 2026, Mr. Köppel expresses his shockingly naive personal stance on the unprovoked war of aggression waged by the US and Israel against Iran with a clarity that discredits him as a serious observer of international politics:

“This line of thinking, which is based on the idea that Trump and Netanyahu are much worse—I think that’s completely crazy: the US and Israel are democracies—the theocracy in Tehran is the exact opposite, a despotic regime”
Roger Köppel, Weltwoche Daily, 1 April 2026
Always in a good mood – Roger Köppel brushes off genocide and war crimes with a smile.

Köppel makes no mention whatsoever of the genocide, nor of the fact that the Israelis and Americans attacked Iran for the second time while negotiations were underway.

An American Ground Offensive?

It is a fact that the Israelis will not take part in such a suicide mission. They are sending the goys—the non-Jews—into the fire.

If one relies on the real experts, the U.S. troops already stationed in the Middle East will be wiped out in the event of an attack. Ritter, Macgregor, Johnson, and all the other experts who haven’t been bought off agree on this. The Marines, Delta Force, and other special forces are indeed outstanding, but they would simply be sacrificed.

I’m holding back from thinking rationally and concluding that the US wouldn’t dare do this, because last time I was wrong. Another factor that points toward a suicide mission is the fact that U.S. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth fired more than 12 generals on Friday, including the commander of the U.S. Army’s ground forces.

Pete Hegseth called General Randy George on April 2 and ordered him to retire immediately. The Pentagon confirmed this within a few hours. No reason was given. Not publicly. Nor privately. A senior Army official told Fox News that Hegseth had not accused George of anything: no misconduct, no operational failure, no political disagreement on record. Just a phone call and the end of a career in the midst of the most significant American military operation in two decades.

His successor is Lieutenant General Christopher LaNeve. Prior to this appointment, he was Hegseth’s highest-ranking military advisor. The man who carried the secretary’s briefcase now commands the Army that the secretary is reshaping. The chain of command has not been broken. It has been shortened. The distance between a television studio and a combat order has simply shrunk to zero intermediaries who were not personally selected by the man issuing the order.

You don’t have to be a genius to conclude that the dismissed military officers may have refused—or at least resisted—leading a suicide mission that will likely end like Gallipoli or the Bay of Pigs.

I hope for the soldiers on both sides that this madness does not become reality.

Europe is Allying Itself with a Head-Chopper

Europeans are so panicked that they are teaming up with a terrorist who used to personally slice off the heads of Christians. Today he goes by the name of President Ahmed al-Sharaa; his nom de guerre is Abu Mohammad al-Julani.

It seems he was well prepared and outfitted by MI6 to make a good impression. His disguise even includes a Patek Philippe worth over EUR 140,000.

He was received by the following representatives:

Friedrich Merz

 Emanuel Macron

Keir Starmer

King Charles

I’ll leave it to the readers to draw their own conclusions—there’s no need to comment on every instance of distastefulness when the facts and images already speak for themselves. Suffice it to say: Europe is geopolitically finished and will ally itself with anyone—even the devil.

Conclusion

The end result is inevitable: a shift in power in West Asia.

But it could get much bloodier. If the Americans are prevented from pursuing their own interests due to their entanglements—let’s not forget the Epstein Files—the conflict will drag on. One should also never forget that America’s main enemy is China, and the Americans are doing everything they can to disrupt the flow of energy to China. The first step was Venezuela; the second step is the Middle East. What somehow succeeded in Venezuela has, in the case of Iran, so far backfired spectacularly.

The Chinese have the largest energy reserves and more time than other nations.

Trump claims that the US has enough oil and is not dependent on the Strait of Hormuz, but—as is usually the case with Trump—that is a lie. While the US primarily exports LNG, it imports a significant amount of oil and is a net importer of crude oil amounting to 6,646,000 barrels per week.

Source: X-Kanal Chris Marteson; his source: Weekly report from the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) on the state of the oil supply

Thus, the Americans are far more dependent on the Strait of Hormuz than they admit, which increases the risk of escalation.

Furthermore, it is unclear what would happen to Israel in the event of a US withdrawal. The embodiment of the Balfour Declaration has been, for 80 years, the arsonist who, like a psychopath, is wreaking havoc across the entire Middle East and actually seeks to establish his great empire. The Israelis have Hitler-like dreams—based on the aforementioned quote from Moshe Feiglin regarding Hitler, I am permitted to say this here with impunity.

Israel as a state must not and will likely not continue to exist in its current form. If Palestine is revived, Muslims and Jews will once again live together peacefully as they did a hundred years ago, but only after the Zionists have been weeded out. How this is to be accomplished and how strongly the US will commit to Israel with military force in the long term remains to be seen. The Iranians have time.
